Welcome to XNow, a product of MAS World, operated by Techmasworld Infotech Pvt. Ltd., located at Dombivli East, Thane 421201, India (“we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the XNow platform, including our website (xnow.in), mobile applications, tools, dashboards, and all related services.
By accessing or using XNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
“Platform” refers to XNow, including website builder, mobile app builder, dashboards, APIs, and related services.
“Seller”, “Merchant”, “Tenant” means any user who creates and manages an online store using XNow.
“Customer” means any individual who purchases from a seller's store.
“Content” includes text, images, videos, products, data, or materials uploaded by the seller.
“We/Us/Our” refers to Techmasworld Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information during signup
Use XNow only for lawful e-commerce activities
Comply with all applicable laws (GST, consumer rights, digital commerce laws)
Not upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission
Not misuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt the platform
Not create fake stores or fraudulent transactions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
As a seller using XNow:
You are fully responsible for your products, pricing, taxes, refunds, delivery, and customer service
You must ensure your products/services comply with Indian laws
You must handle disputes, chargebacks, and complaints raised by your customers
You must clearly display correct product info, policies, and contact details
XNow does not take responsibility for any transaction between you and your customers.
Sellers must pay subscription fees as per the chosen plan
Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Failure to pay fees may result in account suspension
Payment gateway fees are charged by integrated third-party providers
Auto-renewal may apply depending on your selected billing cycle
Sellers fully own their products, orders, and customer data
XNow only provides the technology platform
Mobile apps published under the seller’s name remain their responsibility
We may publish apps under our developer accounts if required, but the seller owns the content
Sellers cannot sell:
Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods
Adult content, drugs, weapons, explosives
Financial schemes, MLM, pyramid, or gambling
Hate speech, violence-related content
Anything restricted by Indian law
Violation may lead to immediate account termination.
XNow provides optional integrations:
Payment gateways
Shipping providers (Shiprocket, Delhivery etc.)
SMS/Email/WhatsApp services
AI, analytics & automation tools
Social media APIs
We are not responsible for downtime, charges, limitations, or actions from these providers.
Your use of XNow is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We process data on behalf of sellers to operate their stores and apps.
XNow’s software, design, code, logo, brand, and technology are owned by Techmasworld Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
Sellers must not copy, duplicate, reverse-engineer, or resell the platform without permission
Sellers retain ownership of their own store content
We strive to provide:
99% uptime
Fast and secure performance
Continuous improvement
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to:
Maintenance
Technical issues
Third-party outages
Server updates
We are not liable for business losses during downtime.
XNow is not liable for:
Seller losses (sales, revenue, reputation, etc.)
Incorrect product information uploaded by sellers
Delivery issues or delays
Payment gateway failures
Customer disputes or refunds
Third-party integration problems
Maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid for that month.
We may suspend or delete accounts if:
Terms are violated
Illegal activity is detected
Subscription fees remain unpaid
Fraud or abuse is found
Sellers may also request account deletion anytime.
Refunds follow our official Refund Policy.
Not all subscriptions are refundable.
We may modify these Terms anytime.
Updates will be posted on xnow.in and considered effective immediately.
