This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by XNow, a brand of MAS World, operated by Techmasworld Infotech Pvt. Ltd., Dombivli East, Thane 421201, India.

By purchasing or using any XNow subscription, add-on, service, or feature, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. No Refund Policy

XNow follows a strict No Refund Policy.

Once:

  • A subscription plan is activated

  • An add-on is purchased

  • An upgrade is completed

  • Any e-commerce service, website, or mobile app service is activated

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):

  • Change of mind

  • Business changes

  • Non-usage of the platform

  • Incorrect plan selection

  • Technical issues caused by the seller’s external systems

  • Third-party integrations not functioning as expected

  • Delays caused by app store approvals (Google Play / Apple App Store)

All payments are final and non-refundable.

2. No Auto-Pay / No Auto-Renewal

XNow does not automatically charge or renew any subscription.
All payments must be initiated manually by the seller.

This means:

  • No recurring charges

  • No automatic deductions

  • No surprise renewals

The plan remains active only for the purchased duration.

3. Plan Validity

Once a plan or add-on is activated:

  • It will remain active until the allotted days of the plan are completed

  • Early cancellation will not result in a refund or credit

  • Remaining unused days cannot be transferred or extended

4. Store & App Setup Fees

If any setup or configuration fee is charged, it is:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-adjustable

  • Non-transferable

This includes website setup, theme customization, app publishing, CRM setup, API configuration, custom integrations, and any technical service.

5. Third-Party Charges

XNow is not responsible for refunds related to:

  • Payment gateways

  • Shipping partners

  • SMS/Email/WhatsApp providers

  • App store publishing fees

  • Domain/DNS providers

  • Hosting or storage upgrades

  • Third-party add-ons

Refund policies of third-party providers apply separately.

6. Trial Accounts

If a free or promotional trial is offered:

  • No refund will be provided for trial upgrades

  • Trials may be modified or discontinued at any time

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your plan at any time, but:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Services continue until the end of the active validity period

  • After expiry, services will be stopped automatically

No cancellation fee is charged.
